- According to Midred Gann Wyman, Hank had been married four times before her marriage to him: first marriage was to Bernice Robinson (deceased); second marriage to Leona Olson (deceased); third marriage to Helen Tambini (deceased); fourth marriage to Dorothy Bellmont Chabot. Have been unable to substantiate the first three marriages.
Retired Jan. 5, 1967, in San Francisco, San Francisco, California, after 29 years as operating engineer.
Father is William Henry Wyman (born Jan. 24, 1853 in Santa Cruz, CA), died June 1, 1912 at 59 yrs of age, buried at Holy Cross Cemetery, Menlo Park, CA. Mother is Mary Sibrian (born Mar. 19, 1859 in San Luis Obispo, CA), died Oct. 7, 1951 at 92 yrs. of age, also buried at Holy Cross Cemetery, Menlo Park, CA.

“Mr. Henry “Hank” Hilbert Wyman, 98, of Selma, died on Sunday, July 14, 2002, at his home.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 19 at Deer Creek Cemetery in Selma, with the Rev. Peg Harvey-Marose of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Cave Junction officiating. Illinois Valley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Aug. 17 at Wild River Brewing & Pizza Co. in Cave Junction from 2 to 4 p.m. to celebrate what would have been his 99th birthday.
Mr. Wyman was born on Aug. 15, 1903 in Half Moon Bay, Calif., the last of 12 children, to William Henry and Mary Josephine Sibrian Wyman at Moss Beach, Calif. His father drove stage coaches between San Mateo and Pescadero on the coast, and he was a San Mateo County deputy sheriff. He died when Henry was 9, and his mother worked in a laundry and as a court transcriber until her death in 1952.
Going to work at a young age, Mr. Wyman worked on ranches and farms, delivered coal, owned and operated a bar, was a mule skinner, and drove a bus route through Redwood City, La Honda and San Gregorio.
In 1927 he joined the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 45, in San Francisco as a heavy equipment operator apprentice; and after consolidation in 1938, Local 3, San Francisco, retiring in 1965 after 64 years.
In 1954 he married Dorothy Mary Chabot. They had a son, Bertin (who died six hours before his father on Sunday, July 14), and a daughter, Barbara Jean.
The Wymans moved to Rogue River in 1974, and Dorothy died in 1976.
In 1978 Mr. Wyman married Mildred “Millie” Gann, and they settled in Selma on Reeves Creek Road. She died unexpectedly on April 15, 2001.
He enjoyed playing cribbage and was an avid fisherman and outdoorsman.
Survivors include two step-sons, Craig Gann, of Forrestville, Calif., and Eddie Gann, of Gallitan Gateway, Mont.; a daughter, Barbara Dallas, of Selma; a step-daughter, Peggy Hoe of McAllister, Mont.; 10 grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.”

Henry ‘Hank’ Hilbert Wyman, 98, of Selma died Sunday, July 14, 2002, at his home.

They settled in Selma.
He was a member of the Operating Engineers Local No. 3 for 64 years. He enjoyed fishing, the outdoors, and playing cribbage.
