SP: Judge Henry C. Burial according to Republican 07/Feb/1877. From Faribault Republican Newspaper Feb. 7, 1877: "She was the widow of Judge H. C. Lowell, who died in this city in the year 1863, and mother of C. Augusta, Charles L., and R. H. Lowell, of this city. She was confined to her bed a little over two weeks, toward the last Typhoid Fever set in, from which disease she died. Mrs. Lowell came to Faribault in 1856 and has resided here ever since. She was seventy-five years of age, and up to the time of her death retained her reason. The funeral services were held at her late residence on Saturday last, after which her remains were taken to the Episcopal Cemetery, on the east side of the river, followed by a large circle of friends."
