"Feyder-Lowell Wedding Takes Place Today
"The marriage of Miss Florence Feyder, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. N. G. Feyder, 901 North Spring ave., to John F. Lowell, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. R. Lowell, 1201 North Lincoln ave., was solemnized at St. Joseph's Cathedral Rectory at 9 o'clock this morning. Rev. P. C. Conway officiating. Miss Ethel Feyder was attendant to her sister and Charles Lowell acted as best man for his brother.
For her marriage, the bride was dressed in a three piece boucle suit of Berneice blue, with small brimmed hat of the same shade. Her shoes and gloves harmonized. She wore a shoulder bouquet of orchids. The bridesmaid wore a navy blue silk suit, with all accessories matching. Her flowers, in shoulder bouquet, were of gardenias.
After a wedding breakfast at the bride's home, Mr. and Mrs. Feyder left for short motor trip to Nebraska and Iowa. They are to live at 1201 North Williams St."

“John Lowell:
“John F. Lowell, 82, of 2316 S. Cliff Ave., died Thursday in McKennan Hospital.
“He was born March 1, 1906 in rural Hartford. He moved to Sioux Falls and was graduated from Washington High School.
“He married Florence Feider on March 5, 1935, in Sioux Falls. He was a flower designer for a Sioux Falls florist. Then the couple moved to a farm in rural Hartford. They returned to Sioux Falls in 1978.
“Survivors include his wife; two brothers: George and Charles, both of Sioux Falls; and several nieces and nephews.
“Mass will begin at 10 a.m. Monday in St. Mary’s Catholic Church, with burial in St. Michael’s Cemetery.
“Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. Sunday in Barnett-Lewis Funeral Home with a scripture service at 7 p.m. Memorials are requested to the American Lung Association.”
