Unable to locate any 1900 U.S. Federal Census. Also note that there are numerous records for a “Jacob Orzack” but am assuming that this is a different individual. This Jacob Orzack died on 27 Jul 1934 at age 74 (birth year would then be about 1860) and is buried in the Washington Cemetery (McDonald Ave.) in Brooklyn, NY.
