  Notes	From Find a Grave Record: “Occupations - Farmer; Cordwainer. Benjamin and Rebecca married on 9 February 1716 at Kittery, York, Maine. They were the parents of: Benjamin, John, Sarah, Samuel, James, Nathaniel, Daniel, Mary. Benjamin came to Kittery in 1713. In 1715 he bought land at Goold’s Corner at Eliot and this land stayed in the family for 178 years. In 1754 he was a soldier in Captain Noah Emery’s company. Benjamin belonged to the Society of Friends. Son of John Goold (born 9 June 1646 at Taunton, Bristol, Massachusetts, died 14 December 1711 at Taunton, Bristol, Massachusetts. Occupation - Cordwainer. John was a trooper in Captain Edward Hutchinson’s company in King Philip’s War of 1675. and Mary Crosman (born - 16 July 1655 at Taunton, Bristol, Massachusetts). Married 24 August 1673 at Taunton, Bristol, Massachusetts.
