"Curtis Ideker and Betty Tobin Married
Miss Betty Tobin was married to Mr. Curtis Ideker at 2 p.m. Monday at the Catholic Parsonage in Montrose. Rev. Goggin officiating. Mary Lou Tobin, younger sister, was escort for the bride and Lawrence Ideker, a brother of the groom was best man.
The wedding dinner was held at the Tobin home.
Both of the young people are well and favorably known here, and when they go to housekeeping it will be on Mrs. C. J. Erickson's farm six miles north of Montrose.
A shower for the newlyweds was given at the Ideker home last Friday evening, and a free dance was given by the groom at Humboldt Monday night at which their many friends made merry. The Herald extends best wishes."

"Curtis Ideker
CENTRALIA, Wash. - Curtis John Ideker, 76, died Tuesday, Oct. 25, 1994 at Providence Hospital, in Centralia.
Mr. Ideker was born Aug. 3, 1918, in Sioux Falls. He was a resident of Centralia for 41 years. He worked at Churchill Glove, Centralia Plywood, and Cascade Hardwoods. He retired in 1980.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Tobin of Centralia; three sons: David V. of Seattle, Steven J. of Olympia, Wash.; and Douglas R. of Chehalis, Wash.; two daughters: Ileen K. Daley of Irvine, Calif.; and Nancy E. Baxter of Olympia; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; four brothers: Lloyd of Sioux Falls; and Leonard, Larry and Ray, all of Humboldt; and five sisters: Ethel Dean, Vera Adamson, and May Sutter, all of Sioux Falls; Eva Eisenberg of Englewood, Colo.; and Jeanette Schievelbein of Phoenix.
Services were held in Washington."
