Land Records. Lowell, Samuel and Reuben Lowell. Release and quit claim interest in property to their brother, Bartlett Lowell, 1824.

Joshua B. Lowell died on 12 March 1821. After the death of his wife in 1822, his three sons divided his property among themselves so that each adult son would have their own home farm.
