Military. Luker, Benjamin Franklin, II. Discharge paper from World War I.
This onion skin carbon of Ben's discharge paper was folded into a small envelope and was part of the estate of Flora Luker, Ben's widow, after her passing in June 1974. The fragile document was already beginning to deteriorate; a transcription of the document, in the condition that it was found after Flora's death, appears on the right.
