      “Sanipractic Physician Arrested at Toppenish:
      Olympia, Saturday, Sept. 17.--Reports of the arrest of Charles F. Picking at Toppenish, Yakima County, on a charge of practicing medicine and surgery without a license, has been received by the State License Department from L. G. McGuire, field inspector. Picking was one of the number of sanipractic physicians whose license was revoked by Director of Licenses Charles R. Maybury in 1925 after the “diploma mill” expose of a Seattle institution.”
