"MILO - Hazen G. "Pops" Conlogue Jr., 82, husband of Florence (Grant) Conlogue, died Sept. 27, 1997, at a Bangor hospital. He was born Nov. 26, 1914, in Milo. Mr. Conlogue had been employed as a machinist by the B & A Railroad. In addition to his wife of 62 years, Florence of Milo, he is survived by five children, Jacqueline Bondeik of Plano, Texas, Judith London and her husband, Bill of Milo, Hazen Conlogue III and his wife, Wanda of Brownville Jct., Waverly Conlogue and his wife, Cheryl of Brownville Jct., Robbie Lynne Conlogue of Monson; 13 grandchildren, Danny and Kenny Bondeik and Debbie Baron, all of Texas, Hazen Conlogue IV, Paul Conlogue, Cara Conlogue, Cassandra Conlogue, all of Brownville Jct., Leanne Bailey, Cindy Cowing, both of Milo, Sheena Brown, Jessie Dunning, both of Monson, Dustin Sinclair, David Dunning, both of Farmington; 12 great-grandchildren, two sisters, Joyce Hogan of Milo, Jane Pelletier of Waterbury, Conn.; many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his mother, Mabelle (Townsend) Emerson, his stepfather of 31 years, Waverly Moore; his stepfather, George Emerson and his grandson, Mike Bondeik. A memorial service will be conducted at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 30, 1997, at the Lary Funeral Home, Milo, with the Rev. David McLeish officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery."
