"Gregory married Nancy Rae Wilder in 1971. They have 4 children, Nathan Patrick Miller, Jonathan Paul Miller, (Maurice was so happy when we named him middle name Paul), Kellie Anne Miller and Ryan Gregory Miller.
Greg worked for the Mason City Comm. Schools from 1977 thru Dec of 2006 as the Food Service Director. He also had worked for the Linn Mar Schools in Cedar Rapids from 1975-1977, in the same capacity. Nancy just retired from Mercy Hospital after working for 37 1/2 years."

"Obituary for Gregory Lee Miller
Gregory Lee Miller, 67, of Mason City, Iowa, passed away Sunday, November 29, 2015 at Hospice of North Iowa surrounded by his family.
Mass of Christian burial will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, December 3, 2015 at Epiphany Parish Holy Family Catholic Church, with an Epiphany Parish Priest officiating. Inurnment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery following services.
Visitation will be held will be [sic] 5:00-7:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 2, 2015 at Hogan Bremer Moore Colonial Chapel, 126 3rd Street N.E., with a Scriptural Wake Service beginning at 6:30, followed by Rosary and military honors at 7:00 p.m.
Memorial contributions can be directed to the family and will be distributed to a charity of their choice.
Greg was born May 9, 1948 in Mason City, Iowa to Maurice P. and Alice V. (Bergdale) Miller. He graduated from Mason City High School in 1967. He served in the Army, trained for the 8th Special Forces, airborne, and spent his enlistment in Panama.
After his discharge from the Army, he met and married the love of his life Nancy R. (Wilder) in 1971. Together they lived and raised their four children in Mason City.
He attended and graduated from NIACC and Mankato State University in 1975 with a degree in Food and Nutrition and a minor in Business. He worked for Linn-Mar Schools in Marian, Iowa for two years and then returned to Mason City in 1977 and was the administrator for the Food Service Department for Mason City Public Schools for 31 years.
He was an excellent chef and loved to cook and watch people enjoy his food.
He is survived by his wife Nancy, his four children; Nathan (Daphne) Miller, Jonathan (Kathy) Miller, Kellie (Michael) Rosen, and Ryan (Jocelyn Johansen) Miller, his nephew Darrell Miller and niece Kyla Bonstetter. He had 5 beautiful grandchildren; Kennedy Lynn and Garret Gregory Miller, Isabella Marie (Isa) and Amelia Rae (Mia) Miller, and Olivia Alice Rosen, and his English Springers; Cocoa and Hazel.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Maurice P. and Alice V. Miller, his brothers Darrell and Gary Miller, his in-laws Raymond and Marian Wilder, and his niece Saibra Miller."
