      “Obituary, Helen Kettleson”
      “Funeral services were held for Mrs. Helen Kettleson of Sioux Falls on Saturday afternoon, August 17.
      Mrs. Kettleson had been in ill health for the past 2 years and passed away at the Luther Manor Home on Wednesday evening, August 14, where she has been a resident for the past several months.
      Helen Miller Kettleson was born October 13, 1909 to Rudolph & Martha Miller at Parker, where she spent her young life. In April, 1928 she was united in marriage to Albert Kettleson. To this union one daughter, Betty Jane, was born. Mrs. Kettleson and Betty made their home with her father, Rudolph Miller, until moving to Sioux Falls in 1947 where Betty attended the South Dakota Beauty Academy and Mrs. Kettleson was employed at Shipley’s Laundry and later at The Normandy, where she remained until poor health forced her to retire. She was preceded in death by her parents, Rudolph and Martha Miller, and two brothers, Leo R., and Keith F. Miller.
      Those left to mourn her passing are her daughter and son-in-law, Richard and Betty Thompson, and 2 grandchildren, Barbara and Gregory. Also her step-mother, Mrs. Jeannette Miller Felsheim, 3 sisters-in-laws, Mrs. Vera Miller Rasmussen and Mrs. Keith Miller, and Mrs. Janice Miller, a nephew, Randy Miller and a host of cousins and friends.
      Funeral services were held at the Miller Funeral Home Chapel in Sioux Falls with Dr. Richard Pittenger officiating. Mrs. John Kittleson was organist and Paul Wagner as vocalist.
      Casketbearers were Larry Thompson, Jim Lowell, Artie Kieni, Jerry Hoover, Leslie Rasmussen, and Martin McMahon.
      Internment was made in Rose Hill Cemetery, at Parker.”
