      "Pvt. Raymond E. Gann, nephew of Gene Cantrell, 20 H street northwest, has been assigned to the AAFTC radio school at Sioux Falls Army airfield in South Dakota for training as a radio operator-mechanic. Gann was inducted July 17, 1943."
